Morgantown Luncheon 2020 update

I've started to mail out the invitations this week--let me know when you get yours!

Here's a paper doll that Sandy Vanderpool created for her set, "Fashion Plate" (2011). The doll and all of the outfits are collaged creations that fit right in with our futuristic theme. Inspiration for our Dress-A-Doll!

This Missile be your Valentine

Not a paper doll, but a good bet is that it is a 1950s-era Valentine (think of the Cold War and the missile race of that era). Valentine puns are something else!

Parade Valentine by A-meri-card

This one has the A-meri-card name on the back ca. 1950s

"Fur" my Valentine

no markings, smaller than the older ones, perhaps 1950s?

Dress Me Up Valentine

no markings, but could be the 1930s--those eyes and those shoes!

Slated to be my Valentine!

She's missing her little school cap, but she's a cutie nonetheless.

A-meri-card is printed on the back; ca. 1950s?
