A new paper doll card

This was a pleasant surprise in the card section of Duane Reade drugstore: an old fashioned paper doll card. No sticker clothing, but punch-out style. The card has a sewn binding, and a back pocket to store the clothing. 

Christmas Fun with Paper Dolls

Hallmark Cards. Artist: Shara. Date: I'm guessing within the last couple of years. My scanner does not do the colors justice. The reds and blues are deeper and brighter on the card--and that bottom hat is actually cherry red, not brown! Actually found this card today at a convenience store, a Christmas bonus on a day filled with many nice surprises.

Found in a 99 cent store, to my surprise. A sweet watercolor by Image Arts Inc., Marshfield MA 02050. Printed in UK. Priced originally at $2.40. I couldn't resist punching this cutie pie out of her birthday card when I found it about 3 years ago. Now I know better!
