Baby Dumpling, a Blondie Cut-Out

Nifty little jacket for Daisy the dog. 1930s-era, I would guess. Was Baby Dumpling the toddler who grew up to be Alex Bumstead, or another character in the Blondie and Dagwood universe? Hmmm....

    I have another one where Baby Dumpling is the same age. That one is dated 9/18/1938. Yes Baby Dumpling grew up to become Alexander Bumstead.

    thanks for the info, Margery! Blondie had such a long life in the comics, it's interesting to get a glimpse of her "young" family.
