Siberia's costume party

Mariachi, cowboy and hula girl. The hula outfit doesn't quite fit; might be missing something, or perhaps it was cut improperly.

    Are you sure this is Siberia? She looks a little like the "other" black womon featured as a pd. The other one looks like the singer, Grace Jones.

    Thanks Weaver, I'm not sure at all about this character. I knew there was at least one other black woman featured in the Brenda Starr strip as a paper doll, but don't know her name.
