This appeared in Life or Look Magazine, probably in 1970, when Nixon first took office (I can't find a date or publication name anywhere on these sheets). There's a lightheartedness to the drawings and text. Left-click for a larger view.
You can see some 1960s-era inspired art in the dolls; the swirls in the haircurls of Julie and Tricia remind me of Peter Max. Illustrated by John Alcorn. The dresses are photos of their actual clothing, and it's great to see designers named: Geoffrey Beene (Beene Bazaar) and Adele Simpson are two I recognize.
