Hi Jeff, Terry and the Pirates was a syndicated comic strip, and appeared in many newspapers. It's tough to say exactly which paper ran it, especially when I only have cut samples! But since it was part of the syndicate that owned the Chicago Tribune and the NY Daily News, those two newspapers are a good bet. Some libraries have newspaper archives online, so that might be a good place to look.
You can see the going rate by checking eBay; I've seen full pages go for up around $40-60. Search newspaper paper dolls, as well as comic strips and Milton Caniff, the artist.
These are fantastic. I'd love to know where they were published. I have a black and white poster of these from 1942.

I have the original full page of this paper doll from the Chicago Tribune, dated Juy 29, 1940. I would love to know the value so I can sell it.
