I'm taking a wild guess on the date--it could be this was produced in the early 1960s.
This is the kind of collectible I love to find: a reflection of the latest technology in all kinds of ephemera, whether the latest typewriter, the telephone or TV. How many of us had toy telephones or radios (with a music box inside) to mimic the devices of the grown-up world?

I had a tiny yellow plastic television toy. When you clicked it turned a card inside, very similar to these, which showed the story of Thumbellina.
